Hot water heater (9 yrs old) stopped working. I chose to replace the HW tank with Epic Plumbing’s help. I spoke with Stephanie, the project manager, who kept me in the loop for time and pricing. Daniel did the work after presenting and discussing the various options. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Total time from reviewing options to completion of the project was under 3 hours. I have hot water! 👍👍

Daniel and Ben from Epic Plumbing did an awesome job installing my water softener. My house didn’t have a softener loop, so they had to do some custom work to make it all come together—and they nailed it. Everything was super clean, efficient, and even looked great when they were done. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of installing a water softener.

Jesus, Ben and John Did a awesome job for me repairing an outside Main line leak. A few options were given and i decided to go with the full line replacement. Not only was i offered a great price for the repair and replacement but all the work was completed the same day. Thanks again Epic Plumbing

Our outside hose bib needed to be replaced. Since the cooper pipe was bent and too close to the wall, the pipe needed to be cut. I had a couple other plumbing companies came for the bid. The bid from each company was very comparative, but I decided to go with Epic Plumbing because it was recommended by my neighbor, a local company, and very favorable reviews online. Communicated with Jake, the manager, and he asked questions, explaining the possible work that will be done for the job. Chris, our technician, came promptly to perform the work. Chris was very courteous and professional. He informed me that extra troubleshooting needed to be performed to locate the water pipe. And so he did. I am happy with the work, and it was done right. We would highly recommended Epic plumbing. Now I need to call one of the sheet rock preparer to patch the holes. Which also recommended by them as well. Thank you, team for the excellent work.

Needed a very old water filtration system removed. The entire process from calling to make appointment to the service being completed was very smooth and easy. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. I was informed of what needed to be done and given several options to choose from. I never felt pressured to choose a specific one. Very clear on price and explanations. Noe came out and did a great job! He was very personable and professional. He made sure everything was working well before he left and cleaned up after. I am greatly pleased with Epic Plumbing and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs!
