Santana Bros came to replace a broken water pipe caused by extreme cold weather, I was really impressed with their service. They responded quickly and arrived within an hour of my call. On top of that, they went the extra mile by contacting the City of Houston water company for me to get a case number so they could turn off the main line (since the key switch was stuck). My technician, Miguel, was fantastic—he kept me informed throughout the process, sent me pictures, and was very polite. After the work was completed, he checked the water pressure to ensure everything was functioning properly. The City will need to inspect the work since a permit was required, and follow up review to follow, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of Santana Bros.

Miguel is the best he came out the same day and fix my plumbing. Water leaked outside my home fast and it took him and he's buddy less than 30 min to fix the problem. I will always call on Santana Bros for plumbing service.

We are extremely pleased with the service from Santana Brothers Plumbing services. We have used them on several occasions. We had two garbage disposals installed and they did an amazing job. Recently we had concerns about our water flow and pressure in our bathroom and called them to come out and evaluate and repair. Miguel came out and evaluated the problem. He was very experienced and acted promptly on resolving our problem. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They are very efficient, professional and knowledgeable of their line of work!
