Alex and his crew were amazing. My condo was built in 1978 and the galvanized piping was leaking. I contacted several companies, but Alex was the only one who provided a comprehensive assessment of all the repairs/re-piping that needed to be done. He started work immediately and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, organized, and efficient. He even responded during the weekend when my neighbor encountered an unexpected issue between our water lines. He also referred me to a wonderful gentleman for sheetrock and painting once the re-piping was done. I am so appreciative that I was referred to Alex (by another established and highly rated plumbing company who was unable to perform the work). HIGHLY recommend! I'll definitely contact Alex again for plumbing issues in the future.

Alex and Darrell were amazing. Alex was super responsive and dispatched Darrell on a same day service. I even asked for an additional disposal install on top of my original service and Darrell was able to accommodate without issue. Darrell was knowledgeable and helped me to better understand my home and possible future plumbing needs! 5/5 would definitely recommend!

First Aid has been outstanding. Alex came for my first plumbing need and Darrel came more recently and they are both so knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They cleared an AC condensate clog, then came back when my AC shut down again and helped diagnose a belly in the HVAC drain. On top of that, they cleared a clog as follow-up, without charge. While the HVAC companies continued to try to charge per service visit.
What impressed me most was the way Darell walked me through everything, he showed me each step so I understood what was happening. He even videoed maintenance work with the hvac so I could do it in the future. No upsells, no pressure, just honest guidance from a truly skilled team (one is a master plumber). They were responsive, prioritized getting to me during AC emergencies, and did high-quality work. AND they didn’t even ask for this review! In a sea of companies that can feel hit-or-miss, this team stands out for integrity, kindness, and real expertise. Highly recommend.

I called for leak in front yard that we are responsible for fixing. We called for service and the plumber arrived quickly and explained the job and cost involved. The city inspector gave them a green tag and they cleaned up the front yard nicely. I will call them if we need a plumber.

If I could give Alex and his team 10 stars I would! He has been our go-to plumber for the past couple of years because of his amazing customer service, his eagerness to help in a time of crisis, and offers very reasonable pricing. It is comforting to have a plumber saved in my phone knowing we will always been taken care of. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him and his team for any of your plumbing needs!!
