Dr. Spencer is an amazing vet! She treated my babies, Bali and Chanel, with so much care and patience, taking the time to thoroughly examine them and make sure they were comfortable. She explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel at ease and confident in their care. The customer service at the clinic was also wonderful—everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and their owners. Thank you, Dr. Spencer, and the entire team, for taking such great care of my babies and all the other fur babies out there!

Our first visit to FAC was for an acute gastric illness, our pup was very uncomfortable. The first available appointment online was 2:40 so I called. A super helpful and sweet woman named Bobbie said she would ask the doctors when they got in if there was room for her earlier, a Dr. Spencer might have time at 11:00. Within an hour she called back telling me to bring Clover in at 11:00. Dr. Spencer was professional, kind and conservative on testing so that we only spent money on tests that were needed. My fearful rescue pup was comfortable and as we sit here 36 hours later, she’s much better. And the blood tests the doctor suggested, but said we could wait on, were not needed. We are very happy to have found FAC and will make this our new veterinary clinic. 12/10 recommend

Staff was so helpful and kind. Wait time was short to be seen and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of my baby boys first visit to the vet with me. Vet and assistant were gentle with him as well. Got a free dose of flea/tick/worm prevention, as well as a dewormer. Cost was reasonable for the vaccine and visit + meds and he left with a couple treats in his stomach. I’ll be back again.

The staff were very friendly and the environment was super clean. I didn’t have to wait long for service at all! They did so much to help out my kitten and I’m very grateful! Definitely would recommend this vet!

Awesome experience today. Easy to communicate and work with when it comes to the staff and dealing with a temperamental shepherd. They allowed me to take my boy around the side instead of the waiting room. They also were able to give him his vaccines with no hassle. So thank you x3!
