I bought my son's 1st birthday cake here, and it was AWESOME!!!! The taste and decorations were on point!! I will be ordering all my cake from here!! And, of course, their other bakery items are amazing!! Thank you Carmelitos Bakery for making my baby boy's birthday so special!!

We had ordered our daughter’s birthday cake for her first birthday and it turned out so perfect. We also had our cake for my other daughter’s birthday cake when she turned two and that one was also perfect. We also had our baby shower cake made from here too. The cakes were so delicious, the cookies were also good. We had so many questions where we had gotten the cakes. We love this bakery, everyone is so nice and totally helpful. This is the only place we order our cakes and even cookies.

Been on the hunt for some good tamales. Not really impressed. $17 a dozen to get nothing but masa. The meat was not flavored well, it’s missing something. Maybe more cumin. The hunt continues: the pan Dulce was ok.

Was recommended to this bakery for a 3 leches cake for an event. I went, ordered the cake and paid(very pricey)The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful, however when we picked our cake up and got it to the event and unwrapped it, it was so dry. There wasn’t any leche at all in the cake. The icing’s were different than I had ordered, I had ordered whipped but got 3 different kinds of icing. Very sweet with dry cake, we actually had to order milk at the restaurant because guest felt as if they were choking on the cake.
I did call them to tell them and ask if they wanted me to bring the almost whole cake back so they can see but got hung up on and they haven’t answered my number since.
I do NOT recommend this bakery, if you’re looking for a nice 3 leches cake, hit Leslie’s bakery up @Fuqua and telephone, they haven’t ever disappointed.

We go here often but never had a cake made. We ended up requesting a vanilla cake with guava filling 3 days before a birthday party and it was a quick and easy experience. She did exactly what I asked for and the cake was ready on time and absolutely delicious.
