Terrible company.. Taking advantage on the consumer that needs their services.. They quote $995 just to replace a capacitor and fan motor. after they open my unit, they told me that i have to replace the fan as well and quote me for 1800… ridiculous amount.. I end up having No AC at all in the middle of Texas heat… At the beginning, my AC still work, now, its open and not running.

I had a great experience with 1-800-Plumber. Their estimate was free and informative. They came out super quick. The drain tech, Kris, was friendly and helpful. He explained to me that it would be a waste of my money if I wanted him to perform services he didn’t think would actually resolve my issue and pointed me in the direct of other resources instead and I really appreciate that. As a woman it is easy to be swindled by plumbers, roofers, etc. So, Kyle was awesome and I would recommend him and the company to anybody.

I have used 1-800-plumber several times in the past 3-4 years in my home and in my rental properties. Every time they sent a plumber over very quickly. Their plumbers are very well trained. They not only did wonderful jobs, but also explained all my questions. The owner of the company cares about the quality of the service they provide and the customers’ experience. I would recommend this plumbing company to all my friends.
