On Monday, August 4, 2025 Bryan & Bryan Inspections sent inspector Paul Dixon to inspect the house i was going to buy. Paul arrived promptly that morning and began his inspection. The inspection was very thorough and took approximately 5 hours to complete the inside and outside inspection of this 4,200 sq ft house. Mr Dixon explained his general findings to me on the spot and took me around to view some specific areas. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Later that day i received his full written detailed report, which included numerous photos. I was completely satisfied with his inspection.

Definitely recommend this company for any inspections you need! I was pleased how easy it was to schedule an appointment and how thorough the inspection was. Josh Reyes was assigned to our home and he made us feel more at ease with our pending purchase. Josh was fantastic! He kept me updated on timing and was incredibly helpful when we met at the house, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. When it unexpectedly started to rain, he didn’t rush through—he actually stayed and waited it out so he could complete a thorough inspection. While Bryan & Bryan was priced slightly higher than others, I truly believe you get what you pay for—and I’m so glad I chose this company. Highly recommend!
