My inspector was Joshua Reyes, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was clearly explained.
The report was detailed, well organized, and included clear photos and easy to understand explanations. Their follow up was also exceptional. They were responsive, attentive, and available to answer any additional questions after delivering the report.
An added bonus is that this company offers Spanish speaking inspectors, which is incredibly helpful for the needs of my clients.

Was most interested in the detailed report created for me this last week. Since the home I am buying is more than 30 years old I needed all the facts. Matthew Martinez was the inspector and I could not have asked for a more thorough inspector. I especially appreciated the way the report was coded as Safety Concerns, Maintenance items and then Recommendations. I can address these issues with a lot more confidence with this report that includes pictures. Highly recommend Matthew and this company.
