Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The Hispanic lady at the front popped my dog’s nose because he licked her!! She was rude and extremely unprofessional when I told her to keep her hands off my baby. He’s literally 5 pounds and super sweet. If you love your fur babies don’t go here!!

I brought my senior cat in for her yearly check and let start with the Hispanic lady at the front desk first: she ridiculed me for my cat being plus size!!! Then she was rude, short, and judgmental towards me; I was practically in tears. Then the VET decided to lecture me on how I was caring for my baby bc of her size and said I wasn’t taking care of her; my cat may have some extra weight on her but she is healthy, cared for and most of all, LOVED!!!! NEVER GO TO CITI ANIMAL HOSPITAL! They have zero compassion towards pets or humans!

Dr. Koothan should not be practicing veterinary medicine. I arrived at the clinic with my dog in a life-threatening emergency completely unresponsive. Even after calling ahead and being told to come in, we were turned away in the parking lot simply because it was close to closing time and he wanted to go home.
It was clear to me that Dr. Koothan had no genuine concern for my pet’s well-being. He sent one of his techs to send me to an emergency hospital, and I left feeling helpless during one of the worst moments of my life. This is not the behavior you expect from someone entrusted with the care of animals.
There also seems to be constant staff turnover, which speaks volumes. A clinic should be a place of compassion, reliability, and trust. Sadly, this was not my experience. If you’re looking for a place that actually puts pets and their families first, look somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust this clinic again with a routine check-up, let alone an emergency.

First off let me start off by saying i would have given ZERO stars but its obviously not an option. Everyone in this office is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I just moved and am having issues with fleas on my dog. I brought her in and expressed my concerns. The hispanic lady up front told me, in her words, that my reason for the visit was not that serious and they closed in 10 minutes. Seriously?? How unprofessional and rude. I will not return with my dogs because they clearly do not care about her well being and i suggest you DO NOT trust them with your pets.
Citi Animal Hopistal is not it, 0/10 recommend.

Dr. K has been amazing for both me and my dog Kona! Very reasonable pricing and he has done his absolute best to accommodate to my budgets and needs! Kona’s heart worm treatment has gone insanely smoothly and she is back to being her normal self again. Super happy with this vet
