Jesus and Matt made the experience very comfortable. Jake also contributed to the easy of my financial concerns. They explained on how the repairs would be made, the cost and when it would be completed. They completed all of the work in hours to my satisfaction and then some..I highly recommended Epic for all of your plumbing needs. They will be my first and only go. Thanks

Hot water heater (9 yrs old) stopped working. I chose to replace the HW tank with Epic Plumbing’s help. I spoke with Stephanie, the project manager, who kept me in the loop for time and pricing. Daniel did the work after presenting and discussing the various options. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Total time from reviewing options to completion of the project was under 3 hours. I have hot water! 👍👍

I’m so impressed with the customer service I received from the very first call to schedule my estimate for a tankless gas water heater.
Jake was extremely professional and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. I was kept informed every step of the way, which I truly appreciated.
The technician, Christopher, was also wonderful, very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns.
It’s clear that this company genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction. I will absolutely continue using Epic for all of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Epic Plumbing. Stephen came by on a Saturday at a moment's notice whenever our water heater leaked through our ceiling. On Monday, Jesus and his team took care of everything and installed a new tankless heater for us. Both gentlemen were incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, patient, and made sure to answer all the questions that I had. I would recommend this company without reservation. Thanks, fellas!

Jesus is an amazing plumber. He came on time and finished in a timely manner. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He shared pertinent information about my tankless heater and discussed regular maintenance. He informed me of the findings in my system and what to expect. He was professional and as a customer I trust his work. He even addressed my concerns regarding another issue and corrected it as well. Thank you Jesus and thank you Epic plumbing!
