I checked out this vet after seeing Pearland Pet Health Center for majority of this year and found that this one was way cheaper. I went in with my senior guinea pig for a nail trim and small checkup. Her nails were a bit curled so they cut them pretty short which I expected and didn't mind! However, when I got her back I noticed they clipped her paw and it was bleeding. I asked the staff that gave her back to me why her paw was bleeding and she told me the cut "looked old". I have had my guinea pig for 7 years and have never cut her paw or made her bleed in any way. This made me extremely upset because she's older and more prone to getting sick so I've been super worried about her. They of course gave medication which I could soak her paw in as well but they never even noticed her paw was bleeding when they nipped it. I seriously wouldn't recommend getting a trim on a fragile animal. There's no way I would bring in her with a cut foot and ask for free treatment. Which is what it felt like I was being seen as🤦🏾♂️ I am extremely disappointed and upset that they didn't even notice she was bleeding.

The care was awsome, Dr.Zoo is the best, we visited her for our Quaker's fractured leg, i strongly recomend her for any Aviary care for your exotic birds. I would like to mention Assist. Ariel, and Dr.Zoo for thier amazing services, and the entire staff is very nice and helpful. Iam glade i found a perfect place near my home for my Quakers. The type of care given, and at home care therapy assigned which helped tremdousely, i feel it's much more affordable then any other place

Took my frenchie for his annual per a friend’s recommendation. Very happy with the treatment we received. Pricing is average, personnel is friendly and helpful. Dr. Zue is a delight and clearly knows the ins and outs of my breed. Didn’t push hard for surgery to “fix” his breathing or neuter him - that topic gets old fast. Was helpful with suggestions to help with his allergies. My kind of vet 😊

When we first started going there 3 yrs ago it was perfect. Loved Dr. Zue and the staff was great! However, in the last year it has changed drastically and it is not so great. My daughter’s dog had to be put down and she paid to get his remains back & that didn’t happen. He was cremated but his ashes were not returned. There are to many people trying to be in charge and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They stay confused. For my doodle, I sent Dr. Zue an email to talk to her, but two different office staff answered but did not hear from Dr. Zue. I called to talk to Dr. Zue and they said they would relay the message and still no response. I used to be able to go back with my pet and they changed that. Just so different than when we first went there.
We are changing vets. I don’t trust them anymore.

I’ve been using this clinic for a few years and have had generally positive things to say. We recently took my wife’s pup there to get a wellness check and get her back up to par. They prescribed Nexguard and antibiotics through their pharmacy. We received the antibiotics, but requested to have the Nexguard prescribed through another pharmacy as it was $80 cheaper. It’s been two weeks with multiple calls and texts, with minimal response and assistance from the staff.
