From start to finish my experience here was exceptional. I had gotten quotes from ten pool companies before I found this one and what set them apart were many things. From my first phone call they were very informal. I loved that I could visit the office and sit down with Steve as he walked me through several different visuals and possibilities with my new pool. As he created a digital pool right in front of me and I could watch my imagination become my new pool. Steve helped me through the first part of the process and stayed in contact for all of my questions. Once I was handed off to the project manager Lauren for the fun part and selecting colors, bricks, tiles and add ons she bared with me through all of my indecisiveness! I love how they actually have a whole show room and you could literally see your options come to life. She sat with me for hours and put so many different selections together until it was perfect. She was super sweet and even answered my random calls and texts for updates. This company was by far the best!! I never went without an update, without an explanation, I never had a hidden fee they were upfront of costs and reasons. I 100% recommend them for your new build!!

Horizon Outdoor Construction. We had several companies give us quotes but our decision was based on personal friends experience and a huge factor is that they have been in business for many years. I would hands down recommend this company. I asked at the beginning of the project please just keep me informed of what to expect. Lauren did a great job. All the various trades were great to work with. You have to understand, construction can have delays due to weather or schedules so it took 3months and 2weeks from the initial dig to the first swim. I appreciate that with the installation we were given a pool school by another great vendor.

If you are looking for a pool builder, I highly recommend Horizon Outdoor Construction. They are a joy to work with; Lauren and Jaclyn are both fantastic! They are so nice, and anytime I had any questions or concerns they were very responsive and were always happy to help. From our first consultation to the finished product, they made our pool building process smooth and stress-free. This family-owned business has years of experience under their belt, and it shows in their great quality of work and excellent customer service. We are so pleased with our new pool, and we can’t wait to start making memories with our family.

All I can say is the entire team is amazing! Not only were they helpful during the installation process, almost 3 years later they still assisted me with that same courtesy. They don't just forget about you after the install is complete. They have a wealth of knowledge and resources that can assist you in maintaining your investment.

I would completely recommend Horizon for your pool needs. From the very beginning they were honest in saying that they had a wait list due to gunite so they didn’t want to just dig a huge hole like other companies and leave it that way for months. When it was finally our turn at the beginning of February they came in dug the hole and things started moving pretty quickly. We are now mid May and our pool is finally finished. There were a few weather days along the way, delayed parts and broken items, but Lauren was amazing in getting those issues taken care of promptly. When I mentioned to her on a Sunday that our HOA required certain things that next Monday morning their crew was here to take care of it. Honestly we couldn’t have wish for a better project coordinator than her!
