The team was courteous and efficient. They did their best to keep the job site clean and to accommodate my concerns. They are willing to go the extra miles just to keep customers happy. I like that they put in 17” of insulations instead of the standard 14” like other quotes that I received. I am very happy with their service.

I am not really sure what happened here, but they ghosted me after signing the quote.
I originally reached out the end of last summer. All went well at first. I got a quote and was told to call back when it cooled down and floors dried out a bit. Fast forward, and I call back beginning of the year. I talk with the sales lady, who puts me in touch with the rep who came out, who basically reapproves it. I then signed the quote and scheduled for the job. Up to this point, 5 stars.
Come the scheduled day, and I am no call no showed. I decided to give it a couple days to see what happened. About three weeks go by, and the rep calls. He leaves a voicemail saying he broke his phone, and was checking to see if I was ready to schedule (which had already come and gone). I then call back and ask what happened. He seemed confused, told me he was going to get back to the office and call me back. He didn’t call. Now down to 3 stars.
A couple more days go by, and I text him asking if and when it was gna get done, and I got no response. 1 star.
This weekend I reached out to a new company, they quoted a little less, and it was done today.
I don’t know if hat happened here. All the hard part was done, and they just straight disappeared.

I had a fantastic experience with Koala Insulation! The crew—Daniel Martinez, Jonathan Perez, David Esquivel Martinez, and Rolando Cervantes—was professional, prompt, and respectful throughout the entire job.
They removed my old insulation, air sealed the entire attic, and installed new insulation with great attention to detail. I really appreciated that they let me inspect each phase of the work—they clearly take pride in doing things the right way.
Highly recommend this team if you want quality, honest work done in your attic!

Ryan and his team did an amazing job insulating my attic! A fair price and good work. They made one small hole and came back out and patched it the next day. My doorbell also got knocked offline and they had that fixed too. All done fast and no extra cost. A 10/10 recommendation for Koala Insulation.

Koala Insulation did an outstanding job installing insulation in my attic. Their team was extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to show detailed pictures of their work and made sure I understood everything they were doing.
