Every step was simple and straightforward. The guys left after being here for over an hour, having added a lot because we were really low. The installation team was efficient, courteous, and left the area clean.
I would highly recommend them and even consider having them do my grandmother’s house in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ryan and Koala Insulation for attic insulation work in my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they displayed the utmost professionalism, expertise, and dedication to delivering top-notch service.
Ryan's knowledge and experience in insulation were immediately apparent during our initial consultation. He took the time to thoroughly assess my attic space and patiently answered all of my questions. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t ‘pitch me’ to buy the most expensive offering from the start, instead recommending what I needed at a fair price.
When it came time for the actual installation, Ryan and his team were prompt and worked efficiently to cover the entire attic space. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and it truly showed in the quality of the finished product.
Since the insulation was installed, I've noticed a significant improvement in the comfort of my home. Not only does it feel cooler in the summer, but I've also noticed a decrease in my energy bills!

Ryan and his team were fabulous. They came out and gave us a reasonable quote to remove the old insulation, sanitize and seal our attic. The work crew was very courteous of our house. They were efficient with their time and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our house feels more “sealed” and we’re already noticing the air conditioner running less. This is a must if you’re insulation is old and not doing its job anymore.

I had no problem hitting the 5 star button. I feel like I’m going to echo what other people have said.
Koala has the process figured out. We had several contractors bid. Koala wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, but it was thorough, fair, and reasonable.
Communication was on point. The office team was courteous and professional. I had questions later in the evening on the quote. Ryan responded within minutes when most people would wait until the next day to reply. They sent an email out a day or two before letting me know what to expect. They also sent me a text the day of letting me know the crew was on the way. The dumpster came early, and the insulation crew arrived well within the timeframe.
They told me the job would last two days, but they got it done in one. They never stopped working. The crew took their lunch in shifts, not all at one time, which allowed them to continue to work.
All in all my wife and I are very happy with our choice. I can’t wait to see how this affects our electric bill. I can already tell my ac isn’t running as hard. Thank you Ryan and crew for your hard work!

Great customer service. These people go above and beyond what I was expecting. I chose them because their quotes are very detailed & layed out exactly what they will be doing. The staff is friendly and make sure to put down protection to not scuff up your banister. I would definitely be returning and recommending. They also return phone calls in a timely manner
