I can’t say enough good things about New Slate Properties and Tim Kirby. We are nearing completion on my second project with New Slate Properties. We bought a 3000sq. ft. house that hadn’t been touched since 1992 and they came in and updated it in 10 short weeks, the last 4 weeks with us living in the house! They took the kitchen and master bath down to the studs and did flooring and paint throughout the house! It came out better than I expected. They were easy to work with, quick to address any concerns I had and did a first rate job! Thanks New Slate Properties and Tim Kirby!

You want a contractor that listens, understands who you are, your likes and dislikes. One who will offers suggestions but knows you have the final say so. This is your company. All his staff were so polite and professional. We love our renovation. Tim Kirby will always have our business in any future home improvement projects!!!!
He starts out as someone you hire but when work is complete he is your friend.

We purchased a home that required extensive remodeling and Tim Kirby managed it all for us. It included wall demolition, new windows and major electrical and lighting upgrades. He installed a central network room, and associated cabling, for four TV locations, sound system and an office. Interior painting was extensive, and included cabinets throughout the house. Tim also managed the replacement and installation of a new wood floor for the entire house.
He worked with us during the entire process from inception and requirements review through the final job completion. His direction and assistance to us during this time was invaluable. Tim ensured that he understood our desired end results. I highly recommend Tim and New Slate if you desire exceptional work with attention to detail.

Amazing team of workers..I have had members of their team work on my home a couple of times in the past couple years. Owner Mr. Kirby and his crew not only did a fantastic job with the remodeling, but they anticipated some damage that I didn't know was there. Found and fixed damaged shower pipes, and leaking pipes in wall. Removed old sheetrock and replaced with new, replace ceiling fans and light fixtures for me, and even put together some furniture. I would highly recommend New Slate Properties to anyone and everyone. Extremely professional company.
