I called after 5pm for issue. The tech Lee was here within an hour. He was very polite. He went in attic to check leak, it was AC vent pipe not properly installed by other company I used. He took video to show me problem. Gave me contact for Restoration Co to give free estimate. Lee was very helpful and honest. Will definitely use this company for any issues I have in the future!

I called at 8:05 and a very nice lady was so helpful then Daniel was here by 8:20. I was so pleasantly surprised. He was a very nice young man who explained everything (several times in fact - my brain isn't what it used to be lol). Very efficient. Fixed very quickly and the price was GREAT! A/C is working wonderfully! I'm going to join their maintenance program because going a day without a/c just can't happen again. Thank You!

Friendly staff when calling, and pleasant. The guys were very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend On The Way. We had a new unit installed few months back and they were quick and very reasonable. Great group of guys, Ronnie, Jason, Daniel and few others. I recently had the pleasure of working with On The Way Electric, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first call, the receptionist was courteous, helpful, and a breeze to communicate with an encouraging start that only got better.
