We took our miniature poodle there and admittedly she was past due for a visit to the groomer. We are only in the area for 3 months and are at the end of our first month. We told Destiny what we wanted and when we got her back she had raw razor burn on all 4 paws. Her tail had been shaved down to nothing which for a Poodle is one of their best features to have a pom-pom. Previously at other groomers in other places when we have taken her to be groomed we have never had her tail shaved like this. If there was any question about her tail we should have been called. They are the most expensive groomer we have been to in all of our travels.

W.O.W. I can't say enough good things about the grooming services! Wonderful staff & r super friendly- they surely love their furry clients 🩵🩷I don't write many reviews, but this place definitely merits one! I highly recommend to anyone. My Lil Raven love y’all!

Not going to lie.. I was really nervous about taking my dog to a groomers. My mother-in-law is a long time client of Pampered Pooches, and she highly recommended them, even with her awesome recommendation I was still hesitant. She has now been there twice and each time she has come home looking, feeling, and smelling fantastic!!! I would recommend Pampered Pooches 10/10 times to any dog owner! I love my Miika more than anything and I know without a doubt she is in good hands and taken care of there. Thank you ladies!!

You guys told me my fur baby Lola was completely matted and that wasn’t the case because we ended up taking her elsewhere and in fact the other establishment did not have to shave her down like you guys “suggested” she actually looked like a Poodle and not a schnauzer when they got done with her. Not to mention we did not mention to you guys that you must have cut her ear with the clippers and it scabbed up after a few days of coming there before. But I’m here to give my experience to show others how you guys handle business, also I can tell from the responses to paying customers that you guys get very defensive and it comes off very unprofessional. Your conflict resolution needs improvement.

I love PP, they always try hard to accommodate my “last minute” Mani/Pedi for my little Angel!
Destiny is awesome and always goes above and beyond to comfort my little senior chihuahua and I appreciate her so much!
