A few years ago I came in (yes, I WILL still post my review because it’s my right, no matter what crazy thing they say) .
• THEY TIE BOWS INTO YOUR DOG’S HAIR SO TIGHT, THEY RIP OUT CHUNKS. When you ask how long the bows last, you get some FAKE answer just to shut you up. “Oh, a week, maybe two” Try MONTHS of tangled knots and a BALD PATCH on your dog.
• LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW? IT “DISAPPEARS.” They LOVE to silence customers.
• GASLIGHTING IS THEIR ART FORM. You’ll be called a LIAR, told you’re CRAZY, and invited to “COME WATCH THE CAMERAS!” For what? So they can prove me right? & pretend every negative review is just a misunderstanding ? I WOULDN’T GO BACK IF YOU PAID ME for my safety! They give off the creepiest, most aggressive vibes I’ve ever felt in my life.
• THEY CALLED ME, SHAKING, TO SAY MY 3-POUND POMERANIAN “growled” at THEM. Really? My fluffy lapdog vs. your large staff? What’s next, you want me to believe she’s plotting a bank heist? I really don’t care. Why are there other reviews about “your pet tried to bite us”? What exactly are you doing to these animals that makes them so desperate to defend themselves?
• SCROLL THROUGH THE REVIEWS. IT’S ALWAYS THE SAME DERANGED RANT FROM THE OWNER:
• “ABSOLUTE BLATANT LIE!”
• “YOU’RE OUT TO RUIN US!”
• “PART OF A CONSPIRACY!”
• “KARMA WILL GET YOU!”
• “YOU NEVER CAME HERE!”
• SPOILER ALERT: WATCH THE OWNER COME SLITHERING INTO THIS REVIEW to do their usual routine call me a liar, accuse me of “ruining their business,” act like the victim, and offer some disturbing invitation to watch grainy camera footage with them. Sorry, HARD PASS. I’ll never step foot in that establishment again.
So before you start your copy-paste accusations:
• NO, I’m not part of any “smear campaign.”
• NO, I don’t want your karma, your rants, or your sad attempts to shame me into silence.
• YES, I have proof. Time-stamped photos, and receipts.
• YES, I was a real customer just like all the others you call “liars.”
• NO, I’m not “out to ruin your business” you do that for yourself 😘.
If you want to be GASLIT, INSULTED, and BULLIED out of your own HONEST review, then by all means, waste your time here. If you actually care about your dog and your own dignity, RUN. There are real groomers out there who know how to act like humans.
Oh, and PAMPERED POOCHES, before you start frothing at the mouth and typing up your usual “YOU’RE LYING!” essay, save it, you’re the LIAR, jaded and aggressive. The only thing consistent about you is your lack of self-awareness. Go ahead and respond show exactly what I mean.

My baby is sweet, and loved by everyone she meets.What did you all do to her to make her act out? It’s odd you all don’t expect dogs to “growl”, if you can’t handle it go in another profession. You’re the only place she’s ever been afraid.. It doesn’t matter what word I originally used “braid, knotted, tangled, sewn” “It is NOT acceptable” for a normal groomer to tie bows so tightly they were knotted in her hair for months when you said “they would come out when they’re ready in a couple weeks”. I had to CUT them out after a few months. when confronted you said we gave her a “bandanna” you all are liars. And no, I won’t be wasting my time watching your staged “footage. it is not that I “feel” I got bad service. I did get bad service. End of story.

I can’t say enough great things about Pampered Pooches! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and my dog feel completely at ease. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly love what they do.
My pup came out looking (and smelling!) amazing—super clean, perfectly trimmed, and happy as can be. You can tell they take their time and treat each dog like their own. The attention to detail and level of care is unmatched.
If you’re looking for a groomer that truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Pampered Pooches. I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else!

I’ve been bringing Daisy and Zeus here for a couple of years now and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with grooming. Tiffany and Des always greet me with a smile and I always have a peace of mind leaving my babies there. They are not only incredibly skilled, but also kind attentive and truly passionate about what they do. Every visit has been a constantly positive experience, Daisy and Zeus always come back looking and feeling amazing, happy and clean. I would 100% recommend this grooming salon. I don’t ever leave reviews unless I’m ultimately impressed. So here’s my review.

We love pampered pooches!!!! They are great with our two scared pups every time we bring them for a nail trim! They show our babies love and kindness and do a great job ❤️ Highly recommend!
