I brought my two Cocker Spaniels, Carson and Chase, in for service. Carson could not be serviced because she wasn’t up to date on her distemper vaccine, which I completely understand and appreciate as it shows they do their due diligence to keep everyone safe and compliant.
The reason for this review is my experience after leaving Chase. Ms. Mary, who was very kind and professional, called to let me know Chase was ready for pickup and informed me that he had diarrhea and several accidents, likely due to anxiety since it was his first visit. I felt bad for the inconvenience, and she reassured me it was part of the job.
When I arrived, Ms. Mary again greeted me warmly. However, when another employee brought Chase out, he did not acknowledge me at all, no greeting or eye contact. I complimented Chase’s haircut and mentioned, “Wow, he went three times, right?” The employee abruptly responded, “Six,” in a rude tone and walked off.
That interaction left me uncomfortable and disappointed. I can’t help but wonder how my dog was treated if this is how the employee chose to interact with me as both a parent and a customer.
Ms. Mary provided excellent customer service, but based on the overall experience, I will not be returning.

Been going here for a couple years to get my mini schnauzer, Dino, groomed. They typically always have availability even if I call the week of to book. Every experience has been great! Dino is usually done within 2-3 hours and he always comes home looking and smelling fresh! I get the schnauzer cut and never have any complaints! One time, Dino had an open wound and they cut around it so it wouldn't get infected. Highly recommend this place and Mary!

Nice and close to home. No frills. Super friendly. My dog dances in the door every time and is sad to leave. They get to play all day on GRASS not concrete like many places which is heaven for my pup!

We went on a trip and they took excellent care of my dog Luka and my cat Catie. They were very happy when we arrived and clean.
