My senior dog Benji got into toxic medication 2 days ago. I brought him into pearland 288 animal ec and they went above and beyond! They got him back in a timely manner and went over every step of the way with me including, plans for treatments and diagnostics.
The staff and doctors are so kind and gave great information. Will for sure return if I ever need anything.
He’s back home doing great thanks to Pearland 288!!!

I brought my cat in due to a bad reaction she was having to sedatives from another vet. There was less than an hour waiting time for her to be taken in and about 2 hours to talk to the vet. They were so sweet with her and she wasn’t as stressed as I thought she’d be. They had me check her to see if I was comfortable bringing her home, but since she wasn’t 100% I asked that they keep her overnight. She’s back to her normal self now and I’m very grateful to the vet team here for taking such great care of her.

These are all very thorough, thoughtful professionals who care about pets as much as anyone can. We have taken our dogs there and each received care and treatment that was second to none. All were emergencies and each was seen in a very timely way.I can recommend them without any doubt or reservation.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!
I brought my Border Collie in at the advice of poison control because he ingested ant poisoning. When I first got there, they seemed diligent and attentive to my dog since he was having some strong symptoms from the poison. When they placed us in a room I assumed they were going to be coming and speaking with us about his condition. Took an hour for someone to come to the room. Once the vet left and gave us every possible scenario for treatment and his current status, he told us someone would come in and discuss cost so we can choose the course of action. Hour and a half later, nobody had come in. I had to open the door to find someone to ask what is going on with my dog. I finally get someone and its the vet telling me they gave my dog fluids and medicine. I did not consent to the medication as cost was not discussed with me. I was upset and asked for my dog back. As soon as I asked for him back, everyone's attitude turned to negative towards me. I was given zero paperwork, zero care for home instructions and told I needed to sign an AMA since I wasn't leaving him overnight. I will never go here again and have already told my neighbors and family to not go as they are just as disgusted as I am. I'm so upset, there is so much more to my story but just had to come on and say, STAY AWAY from this place. All they want is your money!
