So full discrepancy, I am a fairly new employee of the Pet Paradise enterprise. So my opinion may be considered biased. But I have never used boarding or grooming services and I am a straight shooter. This is my perspective as a customer and from having some professional insight.
Mr.Cole had a blast at daycare for his first time. It's also good to note that the first initial day of daycare for new customers is free. So there's was no loss in case we decided this is something that wasn't good for him. We all loved his report card ( which you also get 1 free as being a first time customer) and loved the fact that he made a friend. He had a grooming appointment as well right after his play time so he was clean, smelled good and handsome as well as tired when it was time for pick up.The staff is friendly and truly love what they do and the environment is clean and welcoming. I love that there are places like this where there are customers and staff alike that share the same passion and love we feel for our pets.

My baby loves coming here! She has the best time and they treat her so well! I tried them out for boarding when I went out of town and now I use them for day camp. The staff is very professional, polite, and efficient. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide but the love and attention my baby gets at Pet Paradise is invaluable. Thank y’all so much for the care you provide!!!

Pet Paradise is absolutely amazing! 🐾 From the moment I walked in, the staff made me and my pet feel so welcome and cared for. The facility is spotless, safe, and full of fun activities for pets. I love the attention to detail, the friendly team, and how genuinely they care about the animals. My pet always comes home happy, healthy, and full of energy after every visit. Highly recommend Pet Paradise to any pet parent looking for a trustworthy and loving place! ❤️🐶🐱

I'm really disappointed with the way this place handled my dog's stay. When I picked him up, he had a large infected rash, and no one had informed me about it. I called and emailed and left a voice mail,no response. The only time they got back to me was after I left a negative review in their survey. They promised to call me and check the cameras, but it's been over 3 weeks and I've heard nothing since.
I understand that things can happen with pets, but the complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay full price for boarding, I expect my dog to be properly cared for and, at the very least, to be informed when something goes wrong.
I won't be bringing my dog back not just because of what happened, but because they never called me back or followed up.

We were very pleased with the service. We had 2 GSD's boarding there. One seemed to have enjoyed the entire experience. The other became stressed and, therefore, had some diarrhea and vomiting. The staff was quick to notify us of the concern. We really appreciated their attention to our dog. All is well now - just needed home sweet home. Thanks, Pet Paradise!
