The staff and care here is amazing! We have been coming here for about 2 years with our lab/husky mix (Moose). We started her in puppy school and they gave us very helpful reports on some of the behaviors that we could work more with at home. Once she graduated, we unfortunately were unable to bring her back for a while and she had a hard time readjusting to being in large groups. Even though she failed her evaluation at first they were willing to work with us and help us get her ready for group play again. We now take Moose to Play quite often and even have left her when we are on vacation and she always comes home so tired and happy. We recently got a second dog (Otter) dutch shepherd mix. She is from the shelter and has an unknown past but definitely has some anxiety issues. She was very hesitant at first but the sweet nature of the nice ladies at the desk helped a lot and they were able to very quickly get her to warm up. She passed her eval and has been introduced to group play! I can't express enough how much of relief it has been to be able to have both our very high energy dogs out of the house for some well deserved safe play and socialization. Thank you to all the staff at pet suits for helping take care of our family ❤️

I’ve been taking my Frenchie Angel to Petsuites Pearland for a couple of months now. She gets excited every-time we pull up. The staff is very friendly and I like how I can check on her using the cameras. Thank you guys!

No stars. This is the second time my dogs have stayed at PetSuites in Pearland, and unfortunately, it’s the second time they’ve come home with injuries. Rather than truly addressing the safety concerns or the staff’s inability to properly monitor and protect the dogs in their care, the manager, Maritza, along with Juan, simply offered to upgrade my dogs to a “townhouse” for an additional cost—as if my dogs’ safety should come at a premium.
This response was not only dismissive but extremely disappointing. I trusted this facility to provide a safe and caring environment, and instead I’m left worried and frustrated. I will not be bringing my pets back, and I caution others to take these incidents into consideration before doing so.

Thank you for your response. However, it completely misses the point of my concern. Offering to upgrade my dogs to a luxury room with camera access while they are in their kennel does not protect them from being injured while they are outside in your facility’s common areas — which is exactly where these incidents occurred.
This is now the second time my dogs have returned home with injuries after staying at your location, which clearly points to a failure in staff supervision and safety protocols, particularly outside the kennel area. A camera inside a private room does nothing to ensure their safety during playtime, bathroom breaks, or socialization, which are all part of the care you advertise.
Instead of addressing the root issue — why dogs are getting injured under your care — I was offered a paid upgrade, which felt both dismissive and inappropriate.
Until there is clear accountability and an improved plan for monitoring dogs at all times, I cannot trust this facility with my pets’ well-being.

It was questionable rather we would return to this location after the first visit when both my Rottweilers returned home after a short stay at PetSuites with kennel cough. Kennel cough is caused by a combination of different bacteria and viruses, often including Bordetella bronchiseptica, canine parainfluenza virus, and canine adenovirus-2. The disease is easily spread between dogs in close proximity, such as in kennels, shelters, or dog daycare. Which indicates that they never left the kennel. My mistake for not paying extra for "play time". We returned anyway and paid the fee for play time seeing this trip would be five days long. Another mistake on my part and it will never happen again. Five days and several hundred dollars later, one of my dogs were returned in horrible condition and none of the instructions I gave were followed which were, wipe his ears out with a damp rag, no meds needed. We provided food and bowls with instructions they were to be fed twice a day, a half of a bowl each. It's as if nobody understood the assignment,refer to images. BTW, when my wife called to inquire about the dogs condition, she was met with the same dissmisive attitude I was met with when I picked them up. Return my dog bowls and explain what the fuq happened to my dog! Edit: As I go through the reviews I can't help but notice that there is a common denominator with most unfavorable reviews. For those people, check out Ideal Pet Grooming, they actually care about the animals they board.

Our 3 dogs always enjoy their stay at PetSuites Pearland. They are always excited when we arrive. The employees are very personable and know our dogs by name.
