I really like this specific Pet suites location (Pearland). I've been taking my dog there since she was 8 weeks old. She's now five. Even though I live 15 miles away I still take her to this specific location. The people are nice ( Johnathan, Michelle and everyone), they know my dog, my dog loves them, they treat me well, talk to me with respect, and are very helpful whenever I have a question. I also take my dog there for her grooming. Earlier on, it was difficult to find someone to groom my dog because she is so picky. But Kim at this location has been absolutely amazing. She's been grooming Nala for the past maybe 3 or 4 years! One thing that I will point out, is that when you walk in to this specific location it does not smell like a dog place. They have special conditioners for the air and I'm telling you I have not found it anywhere else in Houston Texas. So if you're on the fence not sure, check them out they will love your dog they will care for your dog and the manager, Maritza has been there for several years and they promote from within because she was at first at the front desk and now she is the manager and she is very kind, approachable, accessible, and she loves your pets!

I booked a 2 night stay for my 8 yr old (4lb) Chihuahua). Check in and check out process was smooth however the night after picking her up she developed KENNEL COUGH. Honking like cough which awoke the entire house from a dog about the size of a guinea pig. I would not recommend this place and WILL NOT be bringing my dog back to his establishment.

We have used PetSuites for boarding all three times we’ve had to board our mini goldendoodle. All three times I requested grooming on checkout day. The first time, the lady forgot to even schedule it. Mistakes happen, no worries. After that, I started scheduling everything myself online. The second time, all went as planned; he was already groomed upon pickup. Today, we arrived at our scheduled pickup (30 minutes early). I knew there was a possibility we’d arrive to town early so I scheduled his grooming to start at 9am. It’s 1:30pm and they still hadn’t even started the grooming. I really wouldn’t have minded again but the lady today had an attitude. I’m not sure if she saw the frustration on my face, but she rudely said “There were a lot of dogs that needed grooming today.” Yea, I get it. That’s why I scheduled ours to start at 9am and you confirmed the appointment. But oh well. I’ll likely start going to Meadowlake Pet Resort for boarding moving forward. I’m laidback, so just be friendly to me and admit the mistake and we’re all good. But consistent mistakes AND rude customer service? It’s just no longer worth the hassle.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant one. I came in for a tour a few days ago and the smell inside the building was overwhelming, and there were gnats flying around everywhere. That is not acceptable for a pet care facility. The service that was provided was also not the best. No one had acknowledged me when I walked in. They seemed to be bothered and uninterested. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not feel comfortable leaving my animal there and will not be back.

I absolutely love bringing my baby to Petsuites! They are always so kind and helpful, and completely understanding whenever I bring her in. Some days, I cannot physically be there for my dog due to health issues so whenever I bring her, it’s always so many smiles to see her! The staff here is very accommodating and always asks how I’m doing, and gives me an update about my baby even when I didn’t ask for one (which I LOVE). She is always so happy and tired after all day play and the staff love her as well, they treat her like royalty. I can’t wait to take her here again!
Petsuites Pearland has been a paw-some place for my baby to go, and they always have her smelling so good after a bath! This is definitely my favorite place to take my dog and I will continue to bring her here for years to come. Thank y’all for being so purr-fect! ❤️🐶
