The appointment making process was very easy and accommodating. I was called about a couple days prior to my first appointment for them to say that if I pushed my first appointment by a couple of weeks, I’d avoid a $65 fee for new patient x-rays. This was great. However, they then called me back the day before my rescheduled appointment to tell me that I’d have to pay $65 because of x-rays and since they were 3-year, I’d have to wait until 2027 to have them covered by my insurance…. They then did not help explain or figure out why I received conflicting information. I was confused and asking questions and the woman on the phone was rude and condescending in return. Tried to call back later to ask more questions and was greeted by the message machine every time. Would have loved to not waste a month waiting for them. Would not recommend.

Our recent visit to the dental office was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly office manager who made us feel right at home. Ashely, Went above and beyond to ensure that our appointment ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met.
The level of professionalism and efficiency at this office is truly commendable. The entire staff worked seamlessly together to ensure that our experience was a positive one. It was clear that customer service is a top priority at this office, and we were impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of each staff member we encountered.
Transitioning from one dental office out of state to another can be a daunting task, but the team at this office made the process seamless and stress-free. We left feeling confident that we had found a new dental home, and we look forward to returning for our future appointments.
Overall, our experience at this dental office was top-notch. We highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Was worried since it was my wife and I first time here and in today’s market finding a good dentist is like finding a mechanic. One that is honest about the work that needs to be done and how they go about doing it. Also finding one that is fair priced and doesn’t seem to add tons of things or steps that cost you thousands extra. Anybody who has had extensive dental work knows that it’s not cheap to fix your teeth.
With Sage dental they made both of us feel very comfortable and everybody was very friendly and nice and answered any questions we had. The price for my wife who needs major work was very fair. For myself it was also fair and I am happy that I found a place close that I know I can trust and not be taken advantage of and have to argue and haggle with them to get a decent price up front.

While the dentist was very friendly and communicative, the staff was very stoic and seemed like robots. Whenever I asked a question, they moved slowly or stared for a few seconds. I received fluoride treatment and it was applied so sloppy that it wouldn’t come off my lips. It started burning and they seemed to care less. The assistant, using the sucking device while the dentist cleaned my teeth, wasn’t watching what she was doing and the suction device kept digging in my mouth. I told her that it hurt and she barely moved it. Lastly, the front desk didn’t ask what date I would like my next appt. She just gave me a date on a card and said have a nice day. Since when do we not have a choice of future appointments??? I don’t think I’ll be going back. Although I REALLY liked the dentist (Pham).

The doctor and the staff are not only professional, they are kind and detailed oriented. I am so grateful to them for the great services again and again for every visit I was there. I have allergy and my throat is more sensitive than many folks, but that was not a problem because it was well understood and and nicely handled by these professionals.
