$2,000 water heater installed in Aug 2023 - the pilot light won't stay lit. Sonny's told me they don't service residential anymore, they can refer me to another company. Sonny's said likely I will need to pay labor, but Rheem may send me the part for free. Do better.

Sonny's Plumbing is the best plumbing service in Pearland and the surrounding areas. From their appointment setting to their plumbing work. The lady who set my appointment was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Able to answer any and all questions, and happy to help. MR. ISRAEL THE PLUMBER WAS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVERY HAD DO WORK AT MY HOUSE. He was on time for one and called me beforehand on his exact time of arrival and asked me if that was ok. WOW. FIRST CLASS. He was also very courteous, VERY professional, his work was quick, CLEAN, and precise. He knew exactly what he was doing with NO wasted time or parts and NO MESS. BY FAR THE BEST PLUMBER I have had do work in my house. I WILL DEFINITELY USE SONNY'S PLUMBING AGAIN and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Mr. Israel and Sonny's Plumbing ARE THE BEST!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great work by the if team, New guy on the job but he was well seasoned and answered all of my questions. He installed a second set of washers and dryers and my wife is super happy. Was told by other companies it couldn't be done, thanks guy's!

Ramon did an excellent job diagnosing our drain leak issue. Very courteous and clean. Explained the results of his scans and offered good advice moving forward. Arrived on time and called ahead. Would recommend highly.
