They are punctual and competent. Did a good job at fair price. There was an issue but they came back quickly and resolved it. The office lady is very dry but she is actually efficient and effective if you get past the personality. She may not be aware of how she sounds, or may have other reasons and We almost decided to use someone else, but then actually heard back and everything went smoothly. We will use this company again if need arises.

Had an issue with a sensor in my water heater. The manufacturer got me in contact with South Texas piping. They reached out to me before my broken part even arrived from the manufacturer. Funny enough, that morning they called me and by noon my part had arrived so I called back and they were able to add me to their schedule the very same day! I received excellent service from Steven, he was professional and knowledgeable about my specific issue. I'm very pleased with their entire team.
