    I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The tall employee at the register didn’t even take the time to say hello and came across as very rude with an unpleasant attitude. I also had an issue with my drink. Apparently someone took it from the pickup area, which I understand isn’t necessarily the staff’s fault. However, when I let them know I had been waiting for quite a while, they simply told me that someone had taken it and that they would have to remake it. Unfortunately, this meant waiting even longer. When I finally received my drink, I realized it was made with regular milk even though I had paid for and specifically requested an alternative milk. To make matters worse, it also had whipped cream added. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

    I had a disappointing experience during my visit. One of the employees made an unnecessary comment regarding customers who ask for “no ice,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated politely regardless of how I choose to place my order. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on the level of customer service.

    Came at 7:50 to buy a coffee after doing some shopping but they told me they were closed. Please change your time to reflect this because it’s disappointing thinking you still have 10 minutes to order.

    It’s always a pleasure at Starbucks. The drinks are so great relaxing taste so good. The young lady who served me was awesome. Her attitude was just great. I really enjoyed it. My sister and I Awesome work.

    This Starbucks is inside the Target. There is a large seating space, as many drinks as any other Starbucks and I think there's only one time that my drink was messed up. My main fault with this Starbucks is their customer service in terms of friendliness and paying attention to customers is seriously lacking. Literally, every time I have gone I am not greeted right away even if there is no line nor are they even making other drinks. No, usually they are talking to co-workers and I am completely ignored until they come to the register. They have even come to the register while continuing to talk to their co-worker & making me wait a little longer. Then they take my order and walk away continuing their conversation. I can't remember the last time I even got a, "Hi, how are you today?" from anyone who works here. Having worked in customer service and knowing this would not be okay at any other Starbucks I am appalled by it. I hope a manager reads this and that this changes!
