Wonderful staff! Everyone is so caring, helpful, and kind! We have done daycare/boarding here for years. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming every time we come in. Emily from grooming is amazing! My dog LOVES her! She can sometime be shy outside the house, but she is so comfortable here and is always excited to see the staff. Thank you so much!

Pet Palace is amazing! Lucky doesn’t even look back at us when we drop him off - he loves it! It really is great to have a place we can rely on to take care of him - he has medication he has to take everyday. He recently had his 4th bday party there and Ms. Sharon is doing an incredible job training him! The groomers are awesome too!

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Palace. My journey as a dog owner started with them when I was united w/ my best friend of 16 years - Higdon. And now, 19 years later, they are still giving the utmost care, love, & attention to my new boy - Rowdy 🙂
Every time I take Rowdy to doggy daycare, he bolts outta the car & runs to the handlers @ The Pet Palace with eyes melting from the attention they give him. You can’t stop his tail from wagging! He’s so happy when he goes there!
I’m so glad that the Houston Area has a place with such caring people like the ones you find @ The Pet Palace! There is no better place to take your best friend for boarding, grooming, & play! They are simply AWESOME!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

We highly recommend Pet Palace!!! Our German Shepherd has been attending monthly daycare and using their boarding & spa/grooming services for the past 9 1/2 years. His very favorite days of the week are the ones he gets to spend with his Pet Palace Family! All of the employees are so caring, loving, kind, accommodating & professional. They make sure all fur babies are made to feel so very special & their parents too!

Molly has enjoyed Pet Palace for a long time. She knows the staff. Sometime in near future I hope they have cctv available. She still needs socializing and lots of playtime but overall she is doing fine. I walk her every day and Pet Palace is a pleasant diversion.
