Triad Doesn’t pay there subs, constantly asking for change orders onsite then when they get around two or three months later on sending you the change orders, they still don’t pay and come up with so many excuses on why they won’t pay there bills. Stay far away, and since they have all the required documents and still saying they do not figured we would file a lien on the property and fight it in court!!

Drivers need to learn how to drive almost hit me and another car 2 separate times not sure if they were on the phone or just not paying attention and then they sat at a green light for about 30 seconds before realizing. Did not get a license plate, but it was a white F250 with a black head rack

Hired Triad on short notice for Design/Build project with limited time frame to design and build with a critical drop-dead completion date. Triad and their design team did an excellent job. Finished on time, within budget and quality work. Met with us weekly throughout the project, was responsive to all our request. We are extremely excited about our finished product. Look forward to working with them again in the future.

Triad Retail Construction company is a company you DO NOT want to do business with. We did work for Triad (GC) at Public Storage; the company does not pay and keeps requesting changes without a change order. As a company you always want to go above and beyond for the customer but after unpaid wages and a lot of additional work, we were left empty-handed. We decided to take them to court to get our money back but during mediation they decided to provide us with a bill for exactly what we were asking for. Our lawyer said and I quote “if this were $500,000 then I would continue to fight it but you will spend more than it’s worth to recover this”. They have the resources to continue to bully smaller companies trying to make an honest living. We are not the 1st company they have swindled out of thousands of dollars, and I am sure we will not be the last. Please if you read this then take the time to consider CASH IN ADVANCE and do not do any work that is not in your quote.

This company has a problem with employee turnover. This should tell anyone all they need to know. I hired TriadRC as the GC on a 12k sq. ft. metal Building warehouse. We signed contract and agreed on price and a 6 month build time. I went through 4 Superintendents and the project is still not complete over 8 months later! Still not complete as I write this. They will want your money ASAP and slow pay their subs. I promise this is not only my project. I am a business owner and I hope this warns any and all prospects in how the this company does business. I sincerely wish I was warned before I hired Triad. Don’t get me wrong, they had some good people on board at different stages along the way but it was short lived for whatever reason.
I don’t like saying bad things about businesses because I have worked so hard to build a great reputation for my own business. I just couldn’t ignore the lies , broken promises , and postponement that Triad RC continues to put me through. This will probably turn into a lawsuit at this rate!
You all have been warned! Please check out all reviews and definitely do your homework with this company. Thanks
