I have been coming to the VCA Clinic and Hospital location in Pearland for about a little over 5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very friendly and they treated my dogs like they are their own. Dr. Vanderford is a one in a million vet who goes above and beyond. He actually cares about animals and will take the time to figure out what is going on and what he can do to help. He even called me after hours at home because he was concerned about my dog. He is amazing!!!
EDIT: Dr Vanderford no longer works here this location is one star now. He was this whole hospitals heart and soul. Very hard to find vets who actually care about animals and not just looking at $$$$$. I will follow him to his other location.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. My dog had a hard time leaving my side, but they assured him in all the doggy ways possible and he ended up walking out with them. 10 minutes later he was back and happy as can be. They get my 5 stars for that assurance alone. The facility is clean and neat and easy to navigate through. Great job guys!!

The staff was very friendly and were very quick to attend us. I was very happy with the service and the fact that the vet we had, Shane, had knowledge about frenchies! This breed is very particular and he knew about the skin diseases they can have and directed me accordingly when choosing the flea medication. I was a little nervous to go elsewhere from my previous vet, who was known for their bulldog specialties, but it worked out very well! We will definitely be coming back!

I'm new to the area and was very nervous about having to bring my fur babies to a new vet... I had heard great things about Westside, so I decided to give them a try....and I'm so glad I did! We were greeted by Jennifer and one of the owners with smiling, friendly faces. I immediately felt comfortable. In the office we saw Erika and Dr. Eickelman, and again, we felt right at home. They were extremely kind and were gentle with my pups. They spent good quality time with me answering all of my questions, which is quite hard to come by. If you're considering this office for your pet's needs, I can't say enough good things about them!! Pleasantly pleased!
