The staff was extremely professional and friendly. My dog had a hard time leaving my side, but they assured him in all the doggy ways possible and he ended up walking out with them. 10 minutes later he was back and happy as can be. They get my 5 stars for that assurance alone. The facility is clean and neat and easy to navigate through. Great job guys!!

The staff was very friendly and were very quick to attend us. I was very happy with the service and the fact that the vet we had, Shane, had knowledge about frenchies! This breed is very particular and he knew about the skin diseases they can have and directed me accordingly when choosing the flea medication. I was a little nervous to go elsewhere from my previous vet, who was known for their bulldog specialties, but it worked out very well! We will definitely be coming back!

I'm new to the area and was very nervous about having to bring my fur babies to a new vet... I had heard great things about Westside, so I decided to give them a try....and I'm so glad I did! We were greeted by Jennifer and one of the owners with smiling, friendly faces. I immediately felt comfortable. In the office we saw Erika and Dr. Eickelman, and again, we felt right at home. They were extremely kind and were gentle with my pups. They spent good quality time with me answering all of my questions, which is quite hard to come by. If you're considering this office for your pet's needs, I can't say enough good things about them!! Pleasantly pleased!

The staff was very polite and informative. We were seen in a timely manner. Both the Vet Tech and the Vet answered all of our questions regarding treatments. We were also informed of the influenza strains that were confirmed for dogs and told how to prevent and treat in case our puppy becomes sick. This was our first visit to Westside Veterinary Clinic and we will be going back for our check up later and continue services for our puppy!

First impression, very clean and friendly. We had an appointment for vaccines and were seen promptly. All staff was very nice and even made my dog comfortable (which is saying a lot because he's usually very protective and unsure when it comes to strangers).
