It’s taken me a while to write this, but I’ve been meaning to for some time. In December 2024, I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to my best friend of 16 years, Cinnamon. He was family, and the loss was deeply painful.
From my very first call to the clinic, I was met with compassion and patience—even as I struggled through tears to speak. On the day of the appointment, I noticed a candle lit at the front desk, a quiet, thoughtful gesture to signal that someone in the clinic was grieving. It meant so much to us.
Every team member we interacted with was kind, empathetic, and gentle. We never felt rushed, though the visit itself was brief. After we said our last goodbye, we thought that was the end. But shortly after, we received Cinnamon’s ashes, a beautiful card, and a vial with a strand of his fur—an unexpected and touching gesture we’ll always cherish. We are so grateful & want them to know how much that meant to me. Will definitely return to establish care for our other fur baby, Rocky.

My dog Wallis was a patient here (Pearland Pkwy location) for the last couple of years until he passed last Friday. The staff helped him make his transition over the rainbow bridge with such care and compassion. Throughout the time he was a patient here, he received excellent care and the DRs and staff are so caring and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be bringing pets here in the future.

The environment is clean and the staff are nice and professional. They did really well with our dog, and were patient. The treatments are expensive. My dog had 1 vaccine to receive and it was $122 (vaccine/medicine, staff fee, and materials fee). I will likely look into other places next time for a cheaper fee for vaccinations. Otherwise, I recommend

Clinic staff were very communicative. Excellent care for the love of my life. He came home with bright shiny teeth and a clean bill of health. There was a bit of a scheduling hiccup due to unforeseen circumstances and the customer service provided by the clinic for the inconvenience was wonderful.

Not a fan brought my dog here for kennel cough and they offered me 800$+ for abx (antibiotics). Like seriously in this economy to scam people and call yourself a vet?? Don’t bring your pet here. Bring them to a low cost clinic in Houston to avoid getting over charged for nonsense b
