Excellent customer service there was one young lady who check me in. She was very nice she got us right in. Very friendly! Then the medical assistant was excellent as well. She explain everything and she was great with my dog. The lady doctor was very helpful and honest. This was the 1st experience and I'm so happy I came there. Who ever the Manger is thank you the 2 young ladies and doctor made me feel welcome 🙏. It was worth the drive because I passed up so many to get there. Thank you then they top it off the next day they called and checked on my dog!

BEWARE CAT OWNERS!!!
VET TECHS MISHANDLE CATS BY SCRUFFING!!! AND IF UR CAT BITES, They will not hesitate to report EVEN if they are at fault.
I have been so traumatized by this experience that it took me awhile to write this review. Took my cat here in Oct 2024, I was checking my phone when the vet told the tech to hold my cat while she examined her. The next thing, I heard my cat hissed and saw the tech SCRUFFING her hard by the neck (almost as if she is lifting her up! My cat is a big girl) then I saw a bite mark on the tech’s arm. Dr. Digilio made a loud sigh out of frustration to the tech and told her to go wash her arm. She then apologized and said that the tech was mishandling her the wrong way and she should have caught it. My visit proceeded and when I was checking out, the tech comes out to just simply say - I am sorry I reported your cat to the City of Pearland Animal Control, the other doctor made me reported it. I busted out in tears because THIS INCIDENT WAS DUE TO LACK OF TRAINING AND COMMON SENSE by the vet tech. How do you go to school and SCRUFF a cat as a form of handling??? It is clear this clinic do not hire trained techs!! Dr. digilio tried to reassure/comfort me but the damage was done. I had to board my cat for RABIES QUARANTINE FOR 10 days, paid $700 for this. ALL DUE TO AN INCOMPETENT VET TECH. Sorry, the doctors should be more vigilant and correct this extremely WRONG method of handling animals!!
Shame on the tech and this clinic.

Had an emergency with my dog. They got us in immediately and took great care of her. Even gave us a call the next day to follow up. Great service.

I don’t live in the area but was needing to get my pet in urgently (I work close by and she was with me). I was able to get a last minute appointment. The office was very clean and the prices were reasonable! Thank you so very very much for getting Shira in and taking care of us!
