They gave me 1 Breakfast on a Bun-with an extra sausage, but I paid for TWO of those. I should have checked the bag before I got back home. The one "BOB" I did get, had an extremely dry bun (was clearly not freshly made). It was not even slightly warm. My curbside order didn't happen. As others got their curbside orders, mine never did, so I finally went inside to ask for it. Waited. So annoying. They weren't busy. There were 4 people behind the counter, only 1 person had a customer. No one greeted or even acknowledged me. Whataburger has been a family favorite for 40+ years. They are just not the same any more. So sad. Plus I was cheated out of one of the sandwiches -- did not have the stamina to go back, explain, & try to get a refund. They charged me $11.66 for each order (each order: 1 BOB & 1 Cinnamon roll). They handed me 2 bags, one had 2 Cinnamon rolls, the other bag only 1 BOB; 1 missing. Online order #s 812-751 & 280-081. Maybe someone will take initiative & make it right for the customer. 4/18/2025.

Every.Single.Time. We go to this Whataburger to get food there is something messed up. Tonight I got a totally different soda than the Coke I ordered. Last time they left mayo on a burger when I asked to take it off. Etc. It also takes absolutely forever for them to get any food out even when there isn’t a line and my order is still wrong? I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this specific location is consistently struggling.

Review:
I usually enjoy Whataburger, but this visit was disappointing. The food took way too long to be ready—over, like 15-20 minutes, even though it wasn’t that busy. No updates or apologies from the staff while I waited. When I finally got my order, it wasn't even hot. It's definitely not the kind of service I expect. Hope they can improve their speed and communication.

This is consistently the slowest fast food drive through service of any Whataburger location I've ever been to. Even with only one other car in line it took 25 minutes to get our order today.
