Honestly the store wasn't very clean. The tables and booths were dirty, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. Also, sweet tea thing was empty. There were like 10+ employees there. Lol.
Oh, also, two dudes straight up started fighting behind the counter, like wrestling each other down to the ground and trying to grapple each other actual fighting. If only they could use that energy to clean and refill the sweet tea... Kids these days. 😌

Just ordered and only received whataburger Jr. No Onion rings. Did not recieve extra pickles nor extra mustard. What is going on Whataburger!!! IXi Martinez didn't even put the salt and pepper we repeated to her over 4 times. Make sure you check ur orders before leaving the parking lot.

The staff at Whataburger is always very friendly, even though they take a little time because they’re constantly busy which is totally understandable. Despite the rush, I always receive fresh, warm food. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I have been going to this Whataburger over 20 years. In the past 2 years or so, the food has gone down. The food is ALWAYS cold. It isn’t any longer “made to order “ because we live 5 minutes from the restaurant and when we get home, food is always cold! It’s like I remember when the food was fresh and good. But now it’s obvious that they are precooking the burgers and the fries. When spending $35.00 a visit for cold distasteful food, it’s pretty upsetting. Please go back to making the burgers the old fashioned way, MADE TO ORDER.

Not sure what has changed but this Whataburger is not what it used to be. It takes way too long to get food inside and damn sure too long for a drive through. No matter what time of day or meal they take your order/money and have you pull up and wait for 10,15, sometimes 20 minutes for your food. Maybe they are understaffed but that’s a reflection of management. So, onto Pearland parkway or friendswood location.
