Check your order odds are it's not correct. They have you pull around and wait. Food was cold l. Drink and fries were correct, but was also cold Well not return to this location. What was also bad it was 8:00pm no one in front of me and only 2 cars pulled up before I left.

Disorganized. Why am I going through drive through only to sit, park and wait for somebody to bring my food! The whole point of drive through is pull up and go!

Came to drive thru customer service was great but my biscuit was hard and cold. The nice gentleman Edgar took care of me. Not the manager. The employee.

Review:
I usually enjoy Whataburger, but this visit was disappointing. The food took way too long to be ready—over, like 15-20 minutes, even though it wasn’t that busy. No updates or apologies from the staff while I waited. When I finally got my order, it wasn't even hot. It's definitely not the kind of service I expect. Hope they can improve their speed and communication.

Every.Single.Time. We go to this Whataburger to get food there is something messed up. Tonight I got a totally different soda than the Coke I ordered. Last time they left mayo on a burger when I asked to take it off. Etc. It also takes absolutely forever for them to get any food out even when there isn’t a line and my order is still wrong? I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this specific location is consistently struggling.
