30 minutes waiting in Spot 5 for for chicken strips. They never came. Went inside, they weren't ready. Just employees eating food themselves, people taking out trash, restocking, cleaning tables, but no food being cooked. Management needs to do better, this gives Whataburger a bad name.

Every.Single.Time. We go to this Whataburger to get food there is something messed up. Tonight I got a totally different soda than the Coke I ordered. Last time they left mayo on a burger when I asked to take it off. Etc. It also takes absolutely forever for them to get any food out even when there isn’t a line and my order is still wrong? I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this specific location is consistently struggling.

Disorganized. Why am I going through drive through only to sit, park and wait for somebody to bring my food! The whole point of drive through is pull up and go!

Polite and helpful
Asked for a number 4 large and a vanilla shake.
I asked for my drinks too make them when I got my order, because the shake might melt...
They did as I asked.

Very disappointed in this location, seems everytime I go and eat inside there is a young lady who mops near individuals, especially myself and my husband while we are eating. Its so disgusting, I don't want my food smelling like mop water, this is like everytime
Today went thru the drive thru this morning when I reached to get my food thru the drive thru window the lady dropped my food.
Didn't even offer to replace the food just said uh oh.
Seriously!!!!!
